Green Goddess Salad
Always a favourite at our My Health Retreats! Alkalising greens are rich in phytochemicals & minerals such as calcium with spinach & kale, vitamin C & K aplenty. Use as many different leafy greens as you like. Anything that is super fresh & crunchy such as:
Snow Peas
Sugar Snap Peas Green Pears
Cucumber
Beans
Fresh herbs
Kale
Spinach
Cos lettuce
Watercress
Rocket
Spring Onion
Toss in a Dressing made with
1tbls Tahini
1tbls Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 cup EVO oil
Squeeze of lemon juice
Top with sliced Avocado & sprinkle with pepitas
Enjoy!
