CHIA BREAKFAST BOWL with FRUIT & SEEDS AND LIME WATER
Healthy, cleansing and full of omega 3 and a good amount of protein. Enjoy!
Soak chia seeds overnight or for a couple of hours in milk of choice (I used coconut milk which is naturally sweet). Cut up whatever fruit you have in your fridge and add seeds, nuts & a small amount of dried fruit and serve atop the soaked chia seeds. Wash it down with a fresh squeezed 1/2 lime in water.
