Cacao Chia Pudding (sugar free)
Wholefood, clean eating, superfoods and oh so delicious! This is a dessert that improves your health! Why resist?
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups Drinking Coconut Milk (find the best brand with no added fillers)
1/3 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup cacao powder
6 large medjool dates (more if you like it sweeter), pitted
Blend all ingredients and leave to set in the fridge for up to an hour (if you can’t wait, 20 minutes will be enough).
Serve on it’s own or as we have we with diced strawberries, passionfruit and coconut yoghurt.
